8 Week Wellness Journey Jan 5th- Feb 28th $199

Embark on an 8-week journey of resilience, courage, and inner strength.

Each week features a perfect balance of movement and sauna focused practices designed to help you build lasting wellness habits. These classes have been curated for you to feel the difference weekly through hot, cold and rest. 

Classes are offered Mondays at 10:00AM, Tuesdays at 10:00AM, and Thursdays at 6:00PM.

Week One: Be You:

Take a moment to pause and check in with yourself. Acknowledge WHO you are and WHERE you are in current time. Using Metta Meditation, be ready for deep breaths and deep releases,

Week Two: Detox:

Get rid of the old and welcome in the new. Spend 40 minutes on your yoga mat moving through gentle twists while creating space and movement in your body. Complete your practice with a 10 min savasana in the sauna where you will be guided with releasing breathe techniques, towel waving, and aroma infused ice balls.

Week Three: Ease In:

This is a time to find your flow. With a focus on breath and our drishti (gaze point) we narrow in on what’s important and create the space we want to exist in. Surrender to a 10 min savasana in the sauna with towel waving and ice balls.

Week Four: Shift:

Shake off everything that has build up over time. Negative thoughts, stagnant energy, and stuck tension. With a focus on breath work we will shift not only your energy but your perspective stoking your inner fire and building unwavering confidence.

Week Five: Open Heart:

Turn the corner and make space for new experiences. Work hard and rest hard. Join us for 50 minutes on your mat where we will focus on welcoming in the new. With supportive guidance and the use of props we will move through our practice and find our way to the warmth of the sauna

Week Six: Rest & Restore:

Slow down and acknowledge the changes within. Creating a moment for self-care and reflection.

Week Seven: Release:

Find balance within. With a focus on the hips spend time in stillness and movement, intentionally opening up areas of the body that require gentle guidance to soften and release.

Week Eight: Reflection & Courage:

Celebrate where you are NOW. You made it. Join us for a sauna session where you will be led through a body scan to acknowledge all the goodness and all you have created
